The objectives of this program are centered in educating experts in research, university teaching and design and management of social programs, deepening the conceptual and methodological development for the analysis of the population’s life conditions and the factors that establish poverty processes, vulnerability and social exclusion, as well as in the implementation of policies to revert them. For such purpose, the proposal of this master is to develop critical skills to analyze social problems, train people in terms of technical discerning management of policies and respective programs and stimulate an attitude of commitment based on the principles of equity and social solidarity.
